License Policy

1. Single Use License Policy

Single-Use License: When you purchase our Shopify theme, you are granted a single license that allows you to use the theme exclusively on one Shopify store. This license is non-transferable and cannot be shared or used on more than one store. If you want to deploy the theme on additional stores, you'll need to purchase a license for each store.

Restrictions on Use: Buyer may not:

• Redistribute, resell, rent, lend or sublicense the Theme to third parties.
• Use the theme on multiple stores without purchasing additional licenses.
• Modify or remove any copyright notices present in the theme.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all purchases of our Shopify theme are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that access to and use of the theme will not be refunded.
